Aaron Epling earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School and practices law in Ohio. He built his career in private practice and now leads his own small firm.
After law school he entered private practice in Ohio. Over time he opened the Epling Law Office, where he serves as lawyer and owner. His work keeps him engaged with the everyday legal needs of individuals and families across the state.
At the Epling Law Office he handles estate planning, trust administration and probate matters. He prepares wills and trusts, drafts powers of attorney and advance directives, and assists personal representatives and trustees through administration and settlement processes. He also advises on capacity issues and guardianship when they arise.
He holds membership in the Ohio State Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Trust, & Probate Law Section. That association connects him with peers and with technical updates in areas of estate and probate law. He has stayed active in local professional circles and draws on those contacts when cases demand specialized input.
Clients work with him on practical, document-driven matters and on contested probate questions. He assists people who are planning for incapacity and those who must resolve an estate after a loved one’s death. The work ranges from straightforward wills to more complex trust administration, and it often requires coordination with financial advisers, accountants and court clerks.
His office emphasizes clear explanations and steady case management. He aims to make legal steps understandable for clients who are often dealing with emotional issues. He currently practices estate planning, trust and probate law at the Epling Law Office.
